Oil Pollution Act of 1990
| Today the Oil Pollution Act of 1990: States that these spill kits meet the latest Federal (Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and U.S. Coast Guard regulations pertaining to US flag ships operating in U.S. Navigable waters. IMO (International Maritime Organization) Regulation 26 of the IMO Convention for the Prevention of Oil Spills requires spill kits on all ships as of April 4, 1995. |
