Because the law requires that we may not publish in print the names of the well-recognized Laboratories who have issued the following Test results unless we receive their written Consent and Release, which will not be granted (due to the fear that many potential consumers of System "48-PLUS" will swamp their phone lines for verification)-we legally cannot reveal their identities... but we can do the next best thing by issuing the following statement: CERTIFICATION! I, as Engineer and Executive Vice President of The Cromwell Organization System "48-Plus"! Inc., do hereby Swear and Certify that all Laboratory Tests as contained within-have been conducted by the most reputable Independent Laboratories-and their original signed reports and conclusions described, can be viewed and inspected by any person visiting our premises during normal business hours. PROJECT NO. 01352 REPORT TO: The Cromwell Organization, LTD We were authorized to evaluate a submitted sample of System "48-PLUS". The material was evaluated by use of The Falex Tester for its ability to prevent wear on metal. The following test method was used to determine the wear prevention of metal using System "48-Plus". Method: The test was performed using a Falex Tester manufactured by Faville Le Valley Corporation. Test pieces were standard pieces supplied by Faville Le Valley Corporation. Each test fluid was added to the machine and the ASTM D-3233 test procedure was used up to a load of 850 pounds. The test load of 850 pounds was maintained for 11/2 hours. At the end of the test period, the test metal rod was measured for wear and compared to its initial value. The amount of wear was then recorded. |
