Separation of
"Powers" is actual law:
Separation of Powers:
Federal and State
was a letter written by "Thomas Jefferson to Gideon Granger, in 1800" and
again "Thomas Jefferson to the Rhode Island Assembly, 1801" as did others in
those days in effort towards explaining our founding fathers' views.
Separation to conduce "thesaurus"
(to lead or tend to a particular and usually desirable result);
or manipulate
Therefore
Separation of "Church and State
" is not actual law:
as re-administered by the US Supreme Court 1963
"First Amendment" is set as standard
that the state (or goverment) must not manipulate
the church or religions.

Ulysses S. Grant, 1875
Leave the matter of religion to the family altar, the church, and the private school, supported entirely
by private contributions. Keep the church and the state forever separate.
All Private contributions are viewed as
contributing taxes in lieu of goverment services -
including
Freedom to worship.
This meaning the goverment:
can not condone against any religion or
gathering of public assemblies.
This also meaning the goverment:
can not conduce [tend or lead] any religion
or
gathering of public assemblies to what
the goverment sees as or deems fit.
The United States Governing Body: must be
the leader in 'serving - protecting and guaranteeing' the rights and freedoms of all
its citizens in accordance to what is
written as law under the constitution of the
United States of America.
The interpretation of these laws shall
be inline with the writings of the author(s) of
these such documents. Any other such ruling(s) shall be
'deemed unconstitutional' for the body of
the "nation" in which this document was written
as law pertaining to.

Tax Paying - Private Contributions
When American Citizens commit to "private" contributions in lieu of "Public
Services" this is where our goverment has lost its focus to the Separating Church
from State.
So you see government has no right in addressing the church or religions
even though the goverment contributes to all schools; because they
receive and have your 'private contribution' in the
first place.
Even though Grant was not a founding father of the constitution. He knew that the family
decided government and not government deciding church. In those days local people
ran schools and not the government running the schools or church.
Internal Revenue Service
is not actual law: but a volunteer organization
Of all the points of disputation, the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is a major one. This
amendment was ratified in 1913 for the ostensible purpose of clarifying congressional authority to levy
income taxes. Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution gives congress the power to "lay and collect taxes,
duties, imposts and excises" as long as they are "uniform throughout the United States." These are
classified as "indirect taxes" and, depending on which school of thought you're from, this includes taxes on
personal income derived from wages.
Congress is also prohibited by Article 1, Section 8 from levying a "direct tax" unless that tax is
"apportioned" or applied among the several states according to population and congressional
representation. Direct taxes are considered to be those applied to the state governments directly or to
property. Before 1913 taxes on personal income derived from property, such as land rents and stocks,
also fell within the "direct tax" category. The apportionment requirement rendered impractical a federal
tax on incomes derived from property.
Famous quotes:
The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for, among old parchments, or musty records. They are
written, as with a sun beam in the whole volume of human nature, by the hand of divinity itself; and can
never be erased or obscured by mortal power. - Alexander Hamilton, 1775.
"I cannot and I will not retract, for it is unsafe for a Christian to speak against his conscience."
Dr. Martin Luther (16th Century A.D.) before the German Emperor.
Concluding IRS:
The mainframe origin idea for collecting "taxes or duties" is to develop a safe way to provide for
Right of Safe Passage a constitutional guarantee; as are other guarantees. However, it takes money
to do these things, and for this reason was established a method of Volunteer
pay and collection.
And as always, abuses built throughout the years and, citizens or tax payers held to account
those collecting and spending. To this day there is no record of IRS ratification, however
the volunteer system is still used. FYI - your "W-2" form is your solemn oath or promise
trading the required percentage of personal income in trade of or in Lieu of your guarantee
to safe passage to this day. Therefore, your signature is your right of pay guarantee
as established in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution or go to jail for defrauding the government.
Freedom of Speech:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and
to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
"Possibly the burning of the flag is a distorted view or opinion of free speech"
Here are some: Presidential quotes
Thomas Jefferson, 1786
Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.
James Madison, 1798
The Sedition Act was unconstitutional. ... The First Amendment was intended to supersede the common-law on speech and press.
Freedom guaranteed by the amendment was absolute as far as the federal government was concerned because it could not be abridged
by any United States Authority.
Ulysses S. Grant, 1875
Leave the matter of religion to the family altar, the church, and the private school, supported entirely by private contributions. Keep
the church and the state forever separate.
Theodore Roosevelt, 1918
Free speech, exercised both individually and through a free press, is a necessity in any country where people are themselves free.
Calvin Coolidge, 1925
It is the ferment of ideas, the clash of disagreeing judgments, the privilege of the individual to develop his own thought and shape his
own character which makes progress possible.
Herbert Hoover, 1929
Absolute freedom of the press to discuss public questions is a foundation stone of American liberty.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 1938
If the fires of freedom and civil liberties burn low in other lands, they must be made brighter in our own. If in other lands the press
and books and literature of all kinds are censored, we must redouble our efforts here to keep them free. If in other lands the eternal
truths of the past are threatened by intolerance, we must provide a safe place for their perpetuation.
Harry S Truman, 1950
There is no more fundamental axiom of American freedom than the familiar statement: In a free country we punish men for crimes
they commit but never for the opinions they have.
Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1953
Don't join the burners. Don't be afraid to go to your library and read every book, as long as any document does not offend your own
ideas of decency; that should be your only censorship.
John F. Kennedy, 1962
We are not afraid to entrust the American people with unpleasant facts, foreign ideas, alien philosophies, and competitive values. For
a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is afraid of its people.
Lyndon B. Johnson, 1966
Opinion and protest are the life breath of democracy - even when it blows heavy.
Richard Nixon, 1973
It was the system that brought to light the facts [about Watergate] and that will bring those guilty to justice - a system that in this case
included a determined grand jury, a courageous judge and a vigorous free press.
Jimmy Carter, 1981
America did not invent human rights. In a very real sense, human rights invented America.
Ronald Reagan, 1985
There can be no greater good than the quest for peace, and no finer purpose than the preservation of freedom.
Social Security:
Social Security was enacted into law during the days of President Roosevelt. This law began a 'basic' plan for the retiring public
and the best interest of the American people. And like any other 'goverment' sponsored program that becomes law. Under the constitution
of the United States of America, it had to be clearly defined as to how these taxable contributions be administered.
Since then, our political leaders have had the tempting notion using other contributions to
help sustain and build up this system. This of course would be Unconstitutional in its own
behavior in accordance to how the constitution was written. Yes, both major parties of our nation's capitol have 'accused' each other of
mischievous acts regarding this program.
However, when we look back at the systems' origin and intent. Social security was to be used for only
retiring assistance, not a guaranteed payroll for life. Unfortunately, when politics are involved,
many times, politicians will use this system as a weapon to inflict coercion for votes; especially intruitive
with America's elderly.
Unless social security contributions are raised to offset the unforseen baby boomer retirees?! This system will peak by 2012 and
begin with ascending retirees, and declining payable insuring revenues.
This will be disastrous to say the least, as it is not a 'democrat/republican party' issue, but an 'aging issue'
in America today.
Special Interest Rights:
Today we see requests for 'acknowledgement' in the area of special rights for
The Gay & Lesbian
Atheist
ERA-Womans' Rights
Affirmative Action for Blacks & Hispanics and
Enviromental communities.
As a nation, what was done in the past, is in the past, clearly behind us. However for some reason or another, there seem to be those
whom do not wish us to forget. (This is brought up because it is a very touchy subject here in the U S A)
However in the Bill of Rights under our constitution clearly states that 'no one shall be deemed
above these laws of this document' and 'every man +/or woman shall be seen as equal'. Now if these are the established laws of this great land? Then why are so many
asking for special consideration or 'special interest rights' in this land? The reason is (obvious) - its mankinds greed at its best - or 'what can I
get for myself?'. Remember - the constitution was created by God fearing and Country loving men.
US Supreme Court:
The United States Supreme Court was established for only (1) one reason. And that reason is to declare
justice 'to the people, by the people and for the people' by what was written and shall not
make special or try to interpret what is written as law for this land. (We welcome you to review the constitution
and see for yourselves). Our forefathers knew that average citizens can not interpret the their christian beliefs of the Holy Bible -
but expected all to do as is written from their knowledge.
In it with the Guidance of God Himself - this is called faith. The Supreme Court and the land are expected to live by what is written and
not interpret these laws outside either jurisdiction.
Holy Bible and Constitution:
Should you have or take the opportunity to go to Washington District of Columbia to see this document "United States Constitution"
sometime. You will find that the Constitution orginates many decrees of fate for its people through, the Holy Bible
and not the other way around. As many have complained that "God" should be stricken from the public, the constitution
seems to point the other way "from rejection" by the people. Should our law makers "ever decide" that God is not worth this
nation's time; then the constitution should also be abolished and lawlessness abound.
